This real estate agency is truly kind and helpful.
From the time I was completely clueless about property hunting until I finally found a property, they were incredibly kind and helpful.
Due to various circumstances, I ended up using a different real estate company this time, but if I ever need to look for a property again in the future, I intend to use their services.
Even though I didn't end up using their services, I am extremely grateful for their kind and attentive treatment until the very end.
I would definitely like to use their services again in the future.

I consulted them about finding an apartment, and their response was incredibly fast and smooth.
They have particularly extensive knowledge of properties in Naka Ward, and are very familiar with the surrounding environment and the characteristics of the properties. Although I only requested to view a few properties I was interested in, they had already prepared several similar properties that matched my criteria.
They thoroughly explained not only the advantages of each property, but also the disadvantages and drawbacks, which allowed me to make a decision with complete confidence. I would definitely like to use their services again if the opportunity arises.

I was looking for an apartment and received a call right away.
I was also considering properties from other companies, but they never pressured me into buying anything. Their stance was that it was best to sign a contract only when I was completely satisfied, which put my mind at ease.
The explanations were probably kept to a minimum and rather brief, but they answered all my questions promptly and their service was very polite.
The person in charge was friendly, which made it easy to ask questions.

Their prior research was amazing, and we were able to move forward without the usual long initial meeting time.
I'm truly grateful for all their help with various aspects, including the contract and key collection.
They also have parking, making them very convenient.
If I have the opportunity again or recommend someone to a friend, I would definitely choose them! Even now, we still talk about Mr. Suhara as "an incredibly efficient person!"
